Amanda Balionis
Alexandra Leigh LaForce born on December 11 1988, is an American journalist, model and beauty pageant winner. She is currently a reporter for Turner Sports and covers the NBA on TNT. She was previously the main reporter at SEC football matches in addition to a courtside reporter in college basketball. LaForce is also host the show We Need to Talk, on CBS Sports Network. LaForce worked as a sports reporter for WJW for a time in Cleveland, Ohio, an FOX affiliate. In 2011, she won an Emmy for her anchoring of FOX8's Friday Night Touchdown football high-school show. In 2005, she was Miss Teen USA. Additionally, she was a athlete at Ohio University. LaForce's pageantry took off after she was crowned Miss Ohio Teen USA in 2005. She won this title at her very first time that was in September of 2004. On August 8th, in 2005 LaForce represented Ohio at Miss Teen USA 2005. Miss Teen USA 2005 pageant held in Baton Rouge. LaForce took home her Miss Teen USA 2005 title by winning three of the competitions which included evening wear, a swimsuit and an interview. Shelley Hennig of Louisiana succeeded LaForce. The late Lesa LaForce Rummell (n e LaForce) was Miss Ohio USA 1977. The School for Film and Television in New York City awarded her a scholarship and a contract for modeling for a year. LaForce was also able to participate in the NBC soap opera Passions. LaForce made appearances across in the United States in order to bring awareness to drug and alcohol use, while still pursuing her education at Ohio's high schools.
